What are the conditions required to be fulfilled for Annual Teacher Transfer? |
|
i. A Minimum of 3 years service in a very difficult or difficult school OR ii. A Minimum of 4 years service in a school which is not congenial OR iii. A maximum of 8 years service in a school having privileges OR iv. A maximum of 6 years service in a school having more privileges (School classification has been made by the Ministry of Education based on general criteria and awareness on this has been provided to all Zonal Education Offices.) |

What are the special instances of effecting for teacher transfers? |
|
i. Transfers ordered on disciplinary grounds ii. Transfers made on the recommendations of Medical Boards iii. Mutual transfers given between difficult schools and congenial schools

What are the specific instances considered relating to teacher transfers? |
|
i. Upon appeals made by pregnant teachers for not transferring them ii. Male and female teachers over 53 years of age iii. Female teachers having infants below the age of 01 year (Necessary information should be confirmed by documents) ( Further information relating to teacher transfers has been included in the Circular No. 2001/28 dated 26.10.2001 on National Teacher Transfer Policy issued by the Secretary, Ministry of Education and in Chapter III of the Establishment Code. ) |
